Overnight Chia Seed Oats

A simple, nourishing favourite made for slow mornings and busy days alike. Our chia seed overnight oats are creamy, satisfying, and endlessly adaptable ,a little prep the night before means a delicious breakfast is ready when you are.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt (optional, but recommended)

For serving:

  • 4 Tbsp almond butter (1 Tbsp per serving)
  • 1½–2 cups mixed berries
  • ⅓–½ cup toasted almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix the base
    In a large bowl, stir together oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add the wet ingredients
    Pour in almond milk, agave, and vanilla. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
  3. Chill overnight
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
  4. Serve
    Divide into 4 portions. Top each with:
    • 1 Tbsp almond butter
    • A generous handful of mixed berries
    • A sprinkle of toasted almonds
