Overnight Chia Seed Oats
A simple, nourishing favourite made for slow mornings and busy days alike. Our chia seed overnight oats are creamy, satisfying, and endlessly adaptable ,a little prep the night before means a delicious breakfast is ready when you are.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups quick oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 Tbsp agave
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt (optional, but recommended)
For serving:
- 4 Tbsp almond butter (1 Tbsp per serving)
- 1½–2 cups mixed berries
- ⅓–½ cup toasted almonds
Instructions
- Mix the base
In a large bowl, stir together oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. - Add the wet ingredients
Pour in almond milk, agave, and vanilla. Stir well until everything is fully combined. - Chill overnight
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thickened. - Serve
Divide into 4 portions. Top each with:
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- A generous handful of mixed berries
- A sprinkle of toasted almonds
