Stone Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
- Salsa
- 1 lb stone fruit (peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, mango)
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and small diced
- 2-3 Tbsp cilantro minced
- ¼ cup red onion, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1-2 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Pit the fruit and cut into small diced pieces.
- In a bowl, toss together fruit, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add honey, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir until combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve with grilled salmon tacos alongside cabbage slaw and chipotle aioli.
